Using the service

By creating a Replyflow AI account you agree to use it only for lawful business messaging with your own customers, and to follow the Meta Platform Terms, Messenger Platform policies and Telegram's terms.

Your content

You are responsible for the business information, products and prices you add, and for the replies sent to your customers, including AI replies. Check important answers such as prices and policies.

Plans and payments

Paid plans last 30 days and are paid by Bakong KHQR. AI replies pause when a plan ends or its replies run out; your messages still reach your inbox.

Ending

You can stop using the service and disconnect your channels at any time. We may suspend accounts that send spam or break platform rules.
